God is the Creator. His laws are the protocols that the cosmos operates upon. These laws include the law of gravity, laws of health, and the law of love, which is the principle of giving. Unlike certain Bible translations that interpret the text as a legal issue, portraying humanity as facing legal repercussions for breaking imposed rules, this paraphrase presents a different approach. It views interpretation through the lens of design law, depicting humanity as diverging from God's intended design and requiring healing and restoration. Consequently, this interpretation consistently portrays God as a healer engaged in a battle against destructive forces.
